Tasky brings everything from school into one place and turns it into a daily plan for the student and a report for you. This guide covers each part in the order you will use it.
👤For parents: your account▼
Log in at /cuenta with your email and password. If you forgot it, use "Forgot my password": you get an email with a button that works for one hour.
In My account you see your students, the subscription status (since when and when it renews) and you can change the account language.
"My details and report emails": your name and the two emails where the daily report goes.
"Change my password": asks for the current one and the new one.

🎒Each student▼
"Edit" opens the student's profile: name, birth date, level, time they leave for school and get back, language (drives their page and their report), a note on how they work best, and their 4-digit key.
Their link is a system-generated code (for example tasky.school/k7x2p9wq), never their name. Copy it and send it to them.
"Install on the phone": open the link on their phone and add it to the home screen. iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: ⋮ menu → Install app. It becomes an app with the Tasky icon.
"Connected to Canvas" means Tasky has its read access and renews it by itself. If it says a verification code is needed, the school asked to confirm the login: it happens once.

📚For the student: their page▼
They log in with their 4-digit key. It stays saved for a month on that phone.
On opening there is an encouragement message and the Start button. Then the day's plan: at most five tasks, ordered by what is due first, each in short steps with a time.
Every step has a checkbox. Links inside the text go straight to the material or the assignment in Canvas.
"What the assignment asks" shows the teacher's real instructions and files.
When all steps are done, Tasky checks in Canvas whether the work was really turned in: if so, it celebrates; if not, it says what is missing.
"I handed it in on paper" appears only on paper assignments. Marking it removes it from overdue; if Canvas still shows it pending after 15 days, it comes back with a reminder to talk to the teacher.
The pencil next to the date records a date change announced in class. The original date and the reason are kept. If the teacher announces it by message, Tasky applies it by itself.
The chips at the top (overdue, due today, to get ahead, no due date) expand into the list with a link to each task.
"Send now" sends the teacher the message Tasky wrote (editable first) and confirms in Canvas that it went out.
The flags change the page language. The ◐ button switches between day and night mode.
✨ Un paso a la vez.

📊Grades tab▼
Official report-card grades (Focus), by course and period. Each course expands to show the graded assignments and quizzes behind the grade.
The overall average comes with its letter on the standard scale (A from 93, B from 83, C from 73, D from 65).
In high school and college there is a GPA calculator pre-filled with the real grades: change a letter, the credits or the course type (Regular, Honors, AP) and watch the unweighted and weighted GPA move. Standard 4.0 scale; your district may weight differently.

📧The email report▼
It arrives twice a day, morning and afternoon, in the student's language: overdue and due today with a link to each task, official grades that need attention, unread teacher messages and courses not opened in days.
The official grades table highlights in yellow what is NEW or CHANGED since the previous report; red is anything below 75% or a D/F.
If Tasky could not read Canvas (for example, an expired access), the report says so in red at the top.

🔒Privacy and security▼
Tasky only reads Canvas. The single write is the message to the teacher, and only when the student presses Send.
The Canvas password is stored encrypted and never shown again. You can revoke the access and delete everything from your account.
Each student sees only their page; you see all of them from your account.
